I had a very positive experience with Advanced IPM’s service today. Service Tech Jeremy Nunes was professional, courteous and very thorough. He gave me a call 30 minutes before he was to arrive. Then when he got here, he inspected different areas of our house and even found other pesky suspects outside of where we thought they were hiding. He also gave me some advice on preventive measures for next time. I’m very impressed with Jeremy and look forward to continuing our service contract with him.Mary
I was impressed from the initial call. Garette was extremely friendly and professional. He was very helpful with getting the appointment scheduled for Carlo to come to my home. It was late afternoon when I sent the request, and was able to get a next day appointment! Carlo is FANTASTIC!!! He was on time. Walked me through what he would be doing (this way the initial treatment for ants). Carlo was very thorough, and respectful of our home. When he was finished, he let me know what he saw, and how the treated to get rid of the ants. He also found wasp nests that I didn’t even realize were there, and took care of getting rid of them. He let me know what to expect, and will be back to follow up within a month. Highly recommend!!!!John
